Return/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece of leather we use is unique and creates a one-of-a-kind product, and we do our best to provide photographs and fully describe our products. Our products are functional art.

Refunds for Goods Damaged/Lost in Transit:

All packages will be shipped via USPS with insurance and tracking to protect your purchase.

International: 

If the product purchased is damaged upon arrival please send an email with detailed photographs of the packaging as well as the damaged items within the package as soon as possible. Lake Agassiz Leathers will need to start the insurance claim process as international inquiries can only be initiated by the sender.

Shipping Policy:

All stock items will be shipped via USPS with Insurance and Tracking within 2 business days of purchase.

Shipping is free for domestic (US) orders of $125 or more.

We do not offer free international shipping. 

International purchases do not include Duties and Import taxes. All Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom item orders will have a production and delivery time mutually agreed upon between the buyer and Lake Agassiz Leathers.
